Who: Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts (4th-5th graders) who are interested in joining a Boy Scout Troop after they have turned 11 or completed 5th grade

Please bring masks – A Scout is Courteous – to those who may be at risk.

What: caving equipment demo, tents large & small exhibit, knot typing, fire building techniques, backpacking 101, cooking equipment demo (doughnuts!), how to string a Bow, walkabout plants & animals, GaGa ball, and more!

Troop 1530 is a 54 year old traditional Scouts BSA Troop consisting of young men ages 11-17. Monthly outings include outdoor activities such as skiing, snowboarding, caving, rock climbing/rappelling, archery, bike hiking, fishing, camping, swimming, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, whitewater rafting, rifle/shotgun shooting, pioneering, COPE, and wilderness survival. Also have monthly "spirit nights" - go putt-putt golfing, bowling, rock climbing, field games, gym nights, movies, and more.
